Housing Land Availability | Housing World Summit Barcelona

Nyasha will be chairing and moderating the content block on Housing Land Availability at the HOWS Barcelona | Housing World Summit which explores public tools to increase land supply for housing, including land banking, activation of underused land, use of public land, and strategies to generate housing capacity within consolidated cities.

HOWS Barcelona | Housing World Summit is the international platform where governments, cities, investors, academia, multilateral institutions, public agencies, industry leaders, and third-sector and non-profit organizations come together to address every dimension of urban housing through a global, cross-sector lens.

The event creates a space for dialogue, exchange, and collaboration to drive coordinated action, partnerships, and solutions to respond effectively to the housing crisis. At HOWSBCN26, urban strategy, capital, and innovation converge to build a more resilient, accessible, and sustainable housing paradigm.
