Nyasha will be chairing the session “Urban Innovation: Creating Cities for All” at the Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona, representing CP Planning—where five local government, urban development, and smart city leaders from around the globe, share strategies for equality, providing insights on how cities can evolve to meet diverse needs.

As cities are at the forefront of global challenges—from climate change to rising inequalities, housing unaffordability, conflict, and mass displacement—it’s crucial for urban leaders to come together at SCEWC24 to advance solutions in urban mobility, housing, equity, and sustainability.

In this Solutions Talks session, five experts will showcase innovative approaches that ensure equal access to opportunities and resources, emphasizing the vital role of urban innovation in creating not only sustainable but also equitable cities. Following their presentations, I’ll lead a panel discussion to delve into the key themes and insights drawn from their experiences.
